Vendor Qualification

A staged, verifiable path from Expression of Interest to opportunity participation.

Qualification is a structured process. Each stage is coordinated by the Unit and subject to internal TAQA T&D Group approvals.

  1. 01

    Expression of Interest

    Prospective suppliers submit an EOI through the official vendor mailbox. The Unit acknowledges receipt and confirms if the interest area is currently in scope.

  2. 02

    Preliminary Capability Assessment

    The Unit reviews organisational profile, technical scope, geographic coverage, references and financial standing at a preliminary level.

  3. 03

    Corporate & Compliance Due Diligence

    Corporate documentation, ownership, sanctions, integrity and HSE compliance are reviewed against TAQA T&D Group requirements.

  4. 04

    Vendor Registration & Verification

    On successful review, the Unit initiates controlled registration and identity verification. Access instructions are shared only through approved channels.

  5. 05

    Supplier Classification

    Registered vendors are classified by category, capacity and risk profile to enable targeted communication of relevant opportunities.

  6. 06

    Opportunity Participation & Monitoring

    Classified vendors receive relevant opportunity notifications and are monitored for performance across active engagements.
